Architecture transforms landscapes, both urban and natural. The mutation of places at the hands of the architectural project implies a process of improvement of the entire area of influence such as to bring the place to a “renaissance” that allows a new quality of life within the space, be it urban, rural or natural more in general.
We believe that even a single building has the potential to start an authentic movement of urban redevelopment, improving environmental quality under various profiles.
Our projects aim to generate new opportunities for the use of spaces through their physical renewal by means of innovative micro-climatic improvement systems and acoustic well-being where the use of the vegetative component in its various compositional and technical forms becomes essential.
All this within a vision where the harmony between the components of the physical space and the lesson of the history of architecture, in particular the Italian 20th century, become the organizing elements of the composition.

Sustainability is a guiding principle that integrates every phase of our design process, not a simple additional requirement. From the earliest design stages, we define the construction typology best suited to each context, whether it be reinforced concrete, wood, steel or other.
Our projects integrate cutting-edge systems for heating and cooling, creating high energy efficiency buildings that significantly reduce consumption and CO2 emissions. We aim to obtain the most rigorous sustainability certifications to ensure the excellence of our work.
In harmony with the concept of “design ecology”, for us sustainability is not just a technical choice, but one of the distinctive characters of the beauty that generates responsible and valuable architectures.

Our design approach is deeply linked to the historical and artistic events that characterize built spaces. We consider historical stratifications and artistic evolutions as an essential cognitive parameter for deciphering the genius loci of each place. Through a synchronic and multidisciplinary reading, which crosses the analysis of historical events, artistic movements and the history of architecture, we identify the factors that have shaped the urban environments and the built spaces of the different places.
The application of these principles to the design process guarantees a morpho- typological continuity with the surrounding environment, ensuring the new building an organic and coherent integration with the existing fabric, while maintaining its own contemporary identity.

Our design methodology is based on an integrated approach, where every scale of intervention is intrinsically linked to the others. Whether it is an urban area, a building or a single housing unit, the definition of materials, technologies and construction techniques from the conceptual phases of the project is a priority condition.
We believe that the success of a project depends on a deep attention to the relationship between the different scales of intervention.
The design activity focuses on the synergistic relationship between the different levels of depth, guaranteeing the coherence of the creative process. In this context, the detailed executive drawing is not a simple representation tool, but an essential device for translating the idea into a real artifact. Inspiring ourselves by the “Scarpian lesson,” we see the construction detail as a fundamental element that unites the formal conception with its constructive reality.

The surfaces that constitute the envelope of the buildings and of the volumes conceived, as well as the walls, floors and roofs of the buildings, function as notebook pages on which notes and information are reported through which the compositional choices that allowed that particular architectural product are translated; each page transforms into an artistic gesture the architectural compositional choices by means of the materials used, their laying, the rhythm, the surface processing and therefore the relationship that is established with light and shadows, the natural color of the matter or the planned colorings.
The experience gained regarding the ability of walls to perform a “talking” function passes through the targeted use of natural light, of its different intensity with the changing of the seasons, of the trajectories of the light rays in association with artificial light sources.
